How to Access Your New Requests
1. Log In to FieldGuide
Visit app.fieldguide.io and sign in using your credentials. If you use Single Sign-On (SSO), access the platform through your organization’s SSO portal. For assistance with login or multi-factor authentication (MFA), please refer to our support documentation or contact us.

2. Navigate to the Requests Page
Once logged in, locate the “Requests” page from the main dashboard. This page displays all requests assigned to you, including new ones. Use filters (e.g., Open, In Progress) to prioritize tasks.

3. View and Respond to Requests
Click on an individual request to view details, upload required documentation, add comments, or update the request status. Ensure all uploads are complete and accurate to keep the audit process on track.
