Service Organization Control Reports

Third-party service organizations process information or handle business transactions on behalf of their customers. For a variety of reasons these organizations may need a Service Organization Control (SOC) for their user entities, user auditors and others who want to know that information is secure. To meet the needs of these providers we perform SOC examinations in accordance with Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization (SSAE 16) and AT 101 (AT Section 101, Attest Engagements.

We also provide Agreed-Upon Procedures engagements on numerous service providers and other entities.
